Sale of Goods
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions. Please scroll through this screen, read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the Sites' terms and conditions.
Fulfilment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order and the Company is under no obligation to fulfil your order.
No amendments to these terms and conditions will be accepted.
Prices are in £sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are exclusive of delivery charges.
Payment - We accept all major credit cards e.g. Master Cards, Visa Cards, Switch, Delta, JCB, etc. The payment is taken by our Bank using a well secured and encrypted method/ system. We only receive the confirmation of payment and the product(s) and despatch details from the Bank. Payment may also be made by other method(s) such as “PayPal Transfer” or “Bank transfer.” For more detailed information please “Contact us”.
Payment made on any of our company sites are taken / collected by our bank on behalf of our company. The name "Junglesale Ltd." will display on your Bank, Debit Card or Credit Card Statement.
A non-refundable delivery charge applies unless goods are faulty when this may be refunded.
Goods will be despatched within 5 - 7 working days of payment.
Deliveries and the relevant charges made outside the UK are subject to the provisions from time to time detailed.
Return of Products / Goods
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all goods are in good condition when they leave our premises and are packed in a manner suitable for their transportation to you, there unfortunately may be circumstances when they do not meet the expected standard.
The following details are refund policy and requirements:
Other than faulty goods all non-consumable goods may be returned for refund within seven days from the date of delivery and in good condition.
Consumable goods may not be returned unless faulty. If faulty the goods must be (whenever possible) returned to the Company.
You MUST quote the invoice number on all correspondence.
A non-refundable delivery charge applies unless goods are faulty when this may be refunded.
Return of Customised Products
Those items, which are customised, including any product configurations, images, personalisation, text inscriptions, or designs such as engravings, monograms, embroidery or embossing and or printing:
You must notify us within 10 days of receipt.
If the item contains personal configuration, inscription, text, images, or design on these products, then Junglesale will not be obliged to accept returns or exchanges unless the products sent by Junglesale are damaged or has defective work.
If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, text, images or design due to a mistake by Junglesale staff then you are protected by Junglesale Return Policy.
All product packaging, such as boxes, must be returned with the item as it was sent.
Refund
Normally it takes 10 – 14 working days of returning your order. After we receive and process your return; it may take 5 – 7 working days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.
Affiliate Marketing Program / Plan
Junglesale Affiliate Marketing program / plan is free to open an account. You create and add a customised "Affiliate Link" on your website(s) to share products and any other programmes on Junglesale with your audience. Your audience make a purchase on Junglesale site and you earn commission on qualified purchase and any other programme through the traffic you drive to Junglesale.
Disbursement of Affiliates Commission
Junglesale Affiliate Marketing program offer 10% Commission on any qualified purchase. Junglesale will pay the Affiliates Commission generated on a qualified purchase direct to your bank account. The minimum disbursement amount is £25.00 (twenty five pounds) or more. If you live and bank outside the UK then the amount may be different in your currency of your country. It all depends on the exchange rates and your bank charges, if any.
Colours, Graphics and Garment Material
The colours shown on this website can only be as accurate as your computer monitor allows and are to be used for general guidance only.
