Not really, you can buy any product(s) from Junglesale site as a guest but there are several benefits of creating your account. Some of them are mentioned below:

  1. It will be faster to place an order next time you shop with us; you will save time.
  2. You will not have to fill all your details every time you shop with us.
  3. You can check your order status at any time.
  4. You can track your order(s).
  5. You can add any product(s) to your “Wish List” to buy them at a later stage.
  6. You can send “Gift Certificate” to your love ones.
  7. you can save delivery details of your love ones so you don't have to fill their details every time you want to send them any gift(s).
  8. You can receive information on Junglesale Updates, Special Offers, New products and Newsletter etc. only if you have subscribed.
  9. We can contact you either by email or by phone if there is any problem in delivering your shipment. Most of the time we only try to contact you by email, if it is necessary. We do not contact you without any reason(s).

You select the shipping service at “Check out”. For Secure and Tracking Purpose: We only use either “Royal Mail Tracked Service” or one of our "Courier service providers" depending on the consignment weight and size. The cost of delivery is calculated on shipping weight including the packaging. We will inform you once it is dispatched with either of these service providers.

Note: We deliver your order from as little as £2.95 

We accept all major Debit or Credit cards e.g. Master Cards, Visa Cards, Switch, Delta, JCB, etc. The payment is taken by our Bank / PayPal using a well secured and encrypted method/ system. We only receive the confirmation of payment and the product(s) and despatch details from the Bank. Payment may also be made by other methods contact support@junglesale.com for "Payment Methods." You can also pay for your shopping directly using secure PayPal, if you have PayPal account. 

Payment made on any of our company sites are taken / collected by our bank on behalf of our company. The name "Junglesale Ltd." will display on your Bank, Debit Card or Credit Card Statement.

  2. We DO NOT accept payments over the PHONE.

Yes. Even though the prices of most of the products are same or more than the shops; you still save money as mentioned below:

Yes, all major banks and PayPal payment systems are secured and we don’t see any of your Credit / Debit Card details. It’s all done on bank’s secure server as you pay your other bills and deal with your ATM transactions.

We only receive Payment confirmation so we can dispatch your order.

  1. Goods will be despatched within 3 - 5 working days of payment. Generally, we dispatch your order well before this time period.
  2. We dispatch your orders within our time frame on “First come - First serve” basis; we will inform you as soon as your order is dispatched.
  3. We are unable to provide you the delivery day, date and time but most of our UK customers receive their orders within 2 - 3 working days of dispatch.
  4. All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the Sites' terms and conditions.
  5. Fulfilment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order and the Company is under no obligation to fulfil your order.

Yes, we deliver internationally but you will have to pay for the delivery charges and any other charges that may occur; we can only confirm after we have confirmed with our shipping agent.

You can email us with full description of the product(s), if possible you can send us the image as well so we can try to find them for you and add them on our website.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all goods are in good condition when they leave our premises and are packed in a manner suitable for their transportation to you, there unfortunately may be circumstances when they do not meet the expected standard.

The following details are refund policy and requirements:

  1. Other than faulty goods all non-consumable goods may be returned for refund within seven days from the date of delivery and in good condition.
  2. Consumable goods may not be returned unless faulty. If faulty the goods must be (whenever possible) returned to the Company.
  3. You MUST quote the invoice number on all correspondence.
  4. A non-refundable delivery charge applies unless goods are faulty when this may be refunded.
  5. Please click "Return" at the bottom of the page and complete the "Return Form".

Yes, you can; only if you have received a damaged or defective or incorrect item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item. If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, you can exchange for a different size or colour.

It all depends on you; how fast you send us your returns. Normally it takes 10 – 14 working days of returning your order. After we receive and process your return; it may take 5 – 7 working days for your refund to display on your payment card statement. Generally, it takes 24 - 48 hours.
