Yams with Tahina/ yogurt filling




For One 

Method:

Bake 1 yam for 30 mins - 45 mins

combine 2 tablespoons of Tahina paste mix with 2 crushed garlic, pepper, lemon jince (half a lemon) and 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt. for extra flavour add pinch of paprika and coriander.

Absolutely delicious with watercress as a side salad.
